Veggie ♥

A mother owned and operated company that produces fresh and safe materials!
How awesome is that?!
A vintage feel that uses safe products from infant, to toddler, and organic sweet stuff!
I'm so diggin' the creativity these mom hold--using the ol' noggin' to transfer spiffy wording onto clothing.
Did I mention the Suzi McDougall from Puddle Foot is an artist and mama?
Integrating a medley of design and great wear.
What? So cute you say? I know...I know.

BK Craft Project

Bloesem Kids #43 Apple Placements

I just love this fun fall-ish idea.
Who could resist making a super funky and sweet placement for a child.
I'm just loving the apply idea as a multitude of colors, patterns, or textures could be used.
A must to look at for materials needed, instructions, and other nifty craft inspiration to peek at!

Many thanks!

I'm so into typing away on my blog over everything I enjoy. It's such a wonderful feeling being able to see fellow bloggers that enjoy the same passions, interests, and guilty pleasures in yummy foods as me!

Nicole Underwood from Cupcakes, Glitter and Art designed my header (as I yield no computer skills people!)

Many thanks Nikki! I not only enjoy her blog, so funny and creative, but love her artistic talent! If your looking for sweet holiday cards check out her Nicole Underwood Designs on Etsy. I'm so lovin' the holiday set of cards.

♥ ya Nikki--and your amazing talent!

Giving thanks crafts

I'm not particularly crazy over thanksgiving, I cherish and show thanks for all the treasures in my life....health, family, school, a roof over my head, and so on.

But I really get in to the spirit of Halloween and Christmas. So, why not get inspired through crafts! I love making crafts! I found these fun little kiddo creations on Making Friends

I love how every detail is simple and fun. Paper, creativity, and children writing down their thanks. What could be more fun!? Some ideas even come with kits besides the usual instructions. So rather than enjoying just the fall foliage, take a gander at these colorful crafts for Thanksgiving.

Holiday Cheer with the TomKat Studio!

{ images from the TomKat Studio}
{super sweet and cheerful}
I've always admired other Mommy's for their hard work as baby makers, working women, loyal friends, and the talent and drive so many of you possess. AMAZING!

I've been following the TomKat Studio for awhile now and have truly enjoyed Kim's DIY party items, cupcake Monday posts, and inspiration to make parties and everyday "pretty". When I heard of Kim's Believe Holiday Boutique and left over holiday gift tags, I jumped for joy! Just look at how cheerful and exquisite these are!

TomKat's GIVEAWAY gives me hope for prettiness during the holiday gift giving to family and friends this year. Who wouldn't just melt over these pretty sets! Pitter-patter would go my heart for the opportunity to add a special touch to holiday gifts! Keeping my fingers crossed!

Stop on by Kim's blog TomKat Studio for prettiness galore!

Fall Foliage

{Photo's via autumn-pictures.com}

I love fall, the seasons are always another reason to feel a little more at peace, excited, and stressed all at the same time.

So besides my stresses, Miss P and the parentals will be headed to Longwood Gardens without me...just love the pile up of assignments and studying ahead. So I shall miss out but am totally psyched for the Army v. Navy game in December and Longwood Gardens visit with my chickadee in tow.
The holidays are just around the corner which means decorations, crafts, fun activities, games, and simply enjoying the gifts we have in our lives through everyday thanks it may be this way. Happy fall ya'll!

Support during the Holidays

I've always been a firm believer in giving to charities, helping others less fortunate, and learning to be a humble individual. I recently joined Soldiers Angels that strongly upholds support for our troops, especially those serving with no family. Feeling pleased with myself for "adopting" a soldier, I now will start sending weekly letters and monthly care packages to help a LTC soldier. If anyone is interested in providing support to those men and women who graciously extend their services to our country, please take a look at the site and see what a great opportunity awaits and a difference you can make in someones life.

Halloween Fright!

Another fun holiday in the bag! Miss P and I not only conquered 5 more houses than last year (she made it to one house) but also threw a small Mom's Club BYOPP the 30th for it's newest members. Here are some snap shots from the 30th and 31st of October.
Miss P was the most righteous Kitty I've ever beheld! I custom ordered a pettiskirt from etsy and the kitty ears ( so awesome!) from Gals With Girls Boutique

These little favor bags came from my favorite children's party accessories site, Gaddie and Tood that makes whimsical and sweet design!
Hope everyone had a fun and spooky Halloween! Already getting curious as to what next year shall bring!
