Bouquets to Celebrate

I must say...I'm not crazy for weddings.
I heart people finding love and choosing their soul mate.
After cruising on over to Ruffled I had butterflies in my tum-tum.

I love, love, love, this inspirational wedding blog.
You might find yourself holding your breath as I did with the detail and simplisty.

Aren't these bouquets made from vintage brooches simply devine!?
Pitter-patter goes my heart.
Such an amazing way to treasure your day of love and coming together as one.

Raggedy Anne Party

I love, love, love, this party!
Take a gander at A Little Sussy for great images featured by Nicole Hill.
Such a charming and nostalgic theme to choose for any little girl.

I stopped over at Kara's Party Ideas today and fell hard for the Peppermint Party.

A winter party themed around peppermint is so cute.
I love the bright and festive colors.

F=Finished

I can't Stand finals week.
Finishing up 2 more courses...
just to enter 2 more...
Come on!
Seriously...I'm cool.
Just another 6 months to go...
and than another 2 years after that...
Wow...
Can you say becoming certified to teach is lame?
Maybe I used a poor choice in words...
taking forever in school...
is just no fun.
Oui!
I should be calm and relaxed the weekend of the 30th...
My father will be celebrating his 50th with family and friends...
Big shin-dig I must say.
In the mean time...
champagne is a must this weekend...
followed by the Princess and the Frog with Miss P
(after seeing it with Nana & Papa last weekend).

A blue HOOT party!

I love Lyndsay's concoctions over at her blog

Lyndsay created the sweet owlie treats and cake for her nephew.
Now that's ♥.
Such simple owl cupcakes in orange & blue colors.
I'm crazy over every simple and bold detail.
Great inspiration for any child party.

Circus o'fun!

Oh how I ♥ parties.
Magical and fun.
Memorable and special.
Planned with love and detail.

I love this Circus Party from Caroline Armelle

She really planned such a crisp and bold color pallet for her sons second birthday bash.
Red and black invitations, and blue and yellow colors with stripes and polka dots.
I still can't get over the cuteness of her red nose photo booth. Priceless.
Her little man will truly appreciate the love of family and friends that made his party special.
Check it out, you may find yourself inspired.

Fairies & Princess'

A Fairy Princess Party with fun details at Blonde Designs

I love the details used by Angie and Kristin over at the invitation and stationary company.
Great tips and suggestions on 'how to' for simple ideas that rely on detail to all items, small or large.
Makes me want to plan a princess party that isn't centered on Disney Princess designs.
Very whimsical and sweet.
I ♥ fairy/princess party.

Warming up Winter

I love Alpha Moms dipping spoons! Such a fun and easy way to warm up and enjoy the cold Winter weather!
I think its so creative how Marie is to suggest wrapping it in cellophane and attach a red, pink, or multiple colored bow for Valentines Day. What love.
Check out her tutorial on supplies needed and directions to fun and yummy treats!

Garden Party Ideas #2

Okay, I found more items inspired by Miss P's party theme.
I'm going coo-coo! I love these.

The bug bookmarkers are so sweet, perfect favors.
And the butterfly cupcake flags, would be a sweet touch!

I've been thinking a kiddies pool would be nice but need something extra for a hot day, so I found this water sprinkler ball. Toddlers and water, equals pure joy!
I also love the idea of the older kids making a t-shirt as a take home favor. Colorful, cool, and fun!

Arrrr, Matey!

Welcome, me hartees!
I found an image symbolizing Pirates and fell hard.

3. Banner

I would love to throw a Pirate themed party!
My daughter would not be thrilled and nor would BP Man.
Perhaps one day I will have a boy and go crazy with a Pirate theme...
There are so many ways to have fun with this. You could create a lot of your own treasure.
You could make games inspired by regular games (pin the tale, bean bag toss) yet change it up.
You could even face paint a mustache on everyone and hand out bandanas at the beginning.
What a hoot!
What would you do? Have any fancy or fun ideas?
